I've been pursuing a Ph.D in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since 2007. I work with Professor Michael T. Heath and Professor Jiming Peng.
Research
My research is concerned with numerical linear algebra and discrete optimization. In particular, I work on quadratic programming problems, with applications in data mining, machine learning and social networks.
