Luke Olson

Luke is from the midwest town of Waverly , IA . He is a graduate of Luther College ( BA , 1997, Mathematics , Physics , Liberal Arts ) , the University of Iowa ( MS , 1999, Mathematics ) and the University of Colorado at Boulder ( Ph.D. , 2003, Applied Mathematics ). Luke recently completed an NSF - VIGRE Postdoctoral Fellowship at Brown University (2005, Division of Applied Mathematics ) and is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
