Software Downloading
We may only release the executable code of our data mining methods for performance testing. We are sorry that we cannot release the source codes in order to protect our intellectual property. However, proper industry license or potential technology transfer can be arranged by going through the Office of Technology Management at the Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Before downloading the executable code of the software, please check the following agreements on downloading and usage of this software:
1. Downloading must be strictly confined to internal research usage only. No commercial usage of the downloaded software is permitted. One cannot ship, copy, or transfer this software to any other person without a written permission from the inventors of the software.
2. Use of the downloaded software is confined to performance tests. No any other usage of the software is allowed without a written permission from the inventors of the software.
3. Although downloading is performed automatically via Internet, one must set up an agreement with the inventors of the software and obtain password for opening the package.
4. To publish the performance testing results, the inventors reserve the right to check the honesty of the claim by acquiring the right to execute the claimed software. The fraudulent claim will be considered as academic dishonesty, and we reserve the right to report the misconduct to the related publishers and sponsors of the research.
5. Any user who violates this agreement will be fully responsible for the consequences.
